Getting my gold...

I watch videos for more energy (PVP or global) and I never get them. I just watched videos for Norwegian Cruise Lines (564 gold) and Mobile Strike (2 gold) and never got them either.

A while ago, I wrote to HH and they responded they were aware of the problem... Thats it and still no gold...
